My aim as a therapist is to create a safe, confidential and calm space to explore and work through issues like anxiety, stress, grief, depression, habit control, disordered eating patterns, stopping smoking and to support my clients change and transform. My approach is wholistic – I am very interested in the mind body connection – and individualistic – I tailor my approach to suit each client according to the presenting issues and personality.
Hypnosis can help you make the changes that you desire on a deeper, subconscious level enable you to take control of your life and create the life that you have imagined.
